At Your Table Inverness County Food Association was established in 2025 by the Municipality of Inverness County to provide coordination and support for community-led food security initiatives. At Your Table operates separate from the Municipality as a non-profit organization with its own Board of Directors, mandate and financial responsibilities. The Board of Directors is comprised of municipal staff, community members, and service providers that are focused on improving food security for all residents of Inverness County. The goal of the organization is to build a broader county-wide network of residents, organizations, businesses, producers, funders and community partners that will work together to support their communities and neighbours.

Operational funding has been provided by the provincial government, with additional grants awarded for individual initiatives. At Your Table Inverness County Food Association is pleased to work in partnership with the Department of Communities, Culture and Heritage to develop and promote cultural resources for all Nova Scotians.
